That ugly layer of fat on your face called double chin. Do you really want it there? Let’s face it, you’re definitely not looking any hotter with that extra flab hanging around. But the problem is, it’s more difficult to get rid of it than get it. And you definitely can’t go to the gym for this. So, how to go about it? Try these exercises and within weeks your double chin would have left its territory.

Sit with your back straight and shoulder down and tilt your head back slowly and try to look at the ceiling. Now start pressing your tongue on the roof of your mouth, lowering your chin to your chest as much as possible. This exercise can help get rid of double chin and also straighten your neck.
