Remember all those futuristic gadgets we have seen in movies like Back to the Future and TV Shows like The Jetsons, well you’d think some of them would have been invented by now, what with us living in the year 2016. Here are 5 futuristic gadgets that we really, really want to have.
1. Teleportation devices –
Teleportation would make things so much easier
How many of us are tired and fed up of those never ending traffic jams when going to or coming from work. Imagine how much easier life would be if we could just teleport from one place to another? Not only would we have to never face traffic jams and the perils of driving, but we’d also not have to spend money on plane tickets and petrol.
2. The levitating hoverboard –
Defying gravity
This one really should have been invented by now. Most famously seen in Back to the Future Parts 2 and 3, the hoverboard is an incredible gadget that defies the laws of gravity and lets you travel from one place to another. If teleportation can’t happen, this is the next best thing.
3. Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak
Voila!
Anyone who is accustomed to the Potter universe will tell you just how amazing Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak is. Just imagine all the fun (and pranks!) we would have if someone would have invented this by now.
4. The universal remote from Click –
One remote for all
Yes I know, universal remotes already exist. But those remotes are nowhere close in functionality to the one featured in Click. Imagine how cool it would be to have a remote that would Pause, Rewind and Forward moments of your life.
5. Expandable brain memory –
Memory enhancer
Just imagine how much easier school, college and work life would be if we could attach an expandable memory to our brain that could easily store things for us. Or if we could plug in and download everything like the art of Ju-Jitsu that Neo learned in The Matrix.
