A week before Diwali, Narendra Modi launched a campaign where people can send messages and greetings to our Jawans. The campaign was launched to boost the morale of Jawans and also make the common people realize about their sacrifice for our country.

How to send greetings

People can now send greetings and special messages under the #Sandesh2Soldiers campaign on the Narendra Modi App, through MyGov.in, and also through All India Radio. Apart from this, one of the oldest broadcasting channels Doordarshan would be mounting a program to share their message, story, greetings, and emotions with Jawans.

Motive behind the campaign

While launching the campaign, Narendra Modi was extremely happy because he feels the citizens of the country can raise the power of a Jawan.In a tweet, he said, “I sent my #Sandesh2Soldiers. You could also do the same. Your wishes will certainly make our forces very happy. According to Modi, when 1.25 crore people stand with the soldiers, their power increases by 1.25 crore times.

For people who thought Modi campaigned about his benefits, should surely take a look at the social campaigns running for the Jawans of the nation. Prime Minister has shared through social media, a special video, featuring his appeal to the people to send messages to the brave Armed Forces personnel. Within an hour, the video was admired by lakhs of people.
