The trailer of Hiccups & Hookups was trending recently and it seemed to be one of those funny, quirky, irreverent series that many found interesting. This will be available on the OTT content platform Lionsgate from 26th November. Here’s what it’s all about:
This is described as a series where two generations play the dating game.
Lara Dutta and Prateik Babbar are siblings Vasudha and Akhil who have a lot of dating adventures. The series traces the shenanigans of the Rao family which includes the rebellious teen daughter Kay.
So this isn't the conventional family setup and siblings aren't shy about setting each other here.
This is a thoroughly modern story; not at all standard Indian TV fare.
A lot of people are looking forward to the series
The series will stream on the Lionsgate platform.
Right now, the app offers two plans – Rs. 149 for one month access or Rs. 499 annually.
