Consume lots of honey
As honey contains fructose, it ends up being a great home remedy to cure a hangover. Just having around 3 to 4 tea spoons of honey after every hour will make you start feeling better in no time.
Eat ginger
Ginger is another commonly available food item that acts as a great remedy for hangovers. As it helps digest alcohol, chewing just two to three small pieces or sipping a cup of ginger tea should do the trick.
Rehydrate yourself
It’s absolutely essential to rehydrate your body if you’re suffering from a hangover. This doesn’t just include consuming lots of water, but also involves having electrolyte-rich fluids such as coconut water or a sports drinks.
Get some sleep
If you don’t have to go somewhere else or have some important task to finish, going back to sleep is great way of combating your hangover.
