The same goes with shower. You should only take a shower when it is necessary for hygeine and cleanliness. There is no hard and fast rule around how many times a day a shower needs to be taken.

4. Brushing Teeth

There's no need to brush your teeth after every meal, as some people may have recommended. Various prominent dentists have verified that brushing twice is sufficient.

5. After Lunch Nap

While some people say, that one must take a nap after lunch, the truth is, sleeping just after lunch often adds extra pounds to your weight!

6. The Hygiene Freak

It is often said to keep the house extremely clean, however, living in a germ-free atmosphere often makes you more susceptible to falling ill. 

7. The Microwave Food

Often, we hear that microwave destroys all the healthy elements from our food, but the truth it, the radiations present inside the microwave cannot break up atoms or molecules.

8. Sleeping Pattern

"The more we sleep, the better it is" is a complete myth as sleeping for more than 8 hours causes extreme lethargy and dizziness. 

9. Waking Up To Alarm Clock

Waking up suddenly to the alarm clock isn't that bad as it has been proposed. It does not disturb your sleep abruptly, hence, it is not bad for you.

10. The Travel Bag

A rucksack bag is great for carrying things ONLY when it's 5 cm higher than your waist and all straps are done up properly!
