Whether, it is of freedom fighters, politicians, sport stars, underworld dons, businessmen or outlaws, they in one way or the other draw inspiration for a common man like you and me. Bollywood definitely loves recounting these tales of real life people.

Rajkumar Hirani’s next movie is based on Biopic of Sanjay Dutt’s controversial life where Aamir Khan would be playing the role of Sanjay Dutt. Earlier, it was said that Ranbir would be playing the role of Sanjay but later it came to be known that Aamir Khan has been finalised by the Director.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next directorial, 'Padmavati' which is based on the life of Queen of Chittorgarh, Rani Padmini aka Padmavati. It is confirmed that Deepika would be playing the role of Padmavati whereas there are only rumors on who the lead actor might be. Earlier it was Ranveer but now other names going around are, Shahid Kapoor, Fawad Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan.
Soon, Sunny Leone will pen down her own autobiography and will also play the role of Sunny Leone in the movie. Sunny Leone was inspired when Shah Rukh Khan played the role of his own fan in the film, 'Fan'.
Priyanka Chopra’s dream was to play a role of Kalpana Chawla once in her life, and it seems that her dreams may soon come true. There are rumors that the 'Quantico' star is ready to take one step ahead with the biopic on Indo-American astronaut Kalpana Chawla with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.
It is confirmed that the current Queen of Bollywood, Kangana Ranaut will portray the role of Rani Laxmi Bai in the Ketan Mehta film made on the female warrior who fought against the British till her last breath.
