While I watched some of the movies that got nominated in the main award categories of the 92nd Annual Academy Awards, there are many that I missed. Here is a list of the movies that received the most nominations for the 2020 Oscar Awards; which you may want to try and watch before 10th February when the awards ceremony will take place.

This World War I film also has ten nominations. Starring George MacKay, Dean-Charles Chapman (of GoT fame), Mark Strong, Andrew Scott, Colin Firth, and Benedict Cumberbatch, the movie is nominated for best director (Sam Mendes), best movie and best original screenplay.
Starring Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson this sensitively portrayed Netflix film is about a family breaking up. This movie has six nominations including Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Actress for both leads and Best Original Screenplay among others.
This is a South Korean black comedy thriller film nominated in six categories for the Oscars this year (the first South Korean film to do so). The film is nominated for best movie, best director, best international feature film and other categories.

This is a movie about building a Ford good enough to beat a Ferrari. Starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale, this movie has four nominations including best movie.
