Till a few years back, none knew about Pranati Prakash. Born in Bihar, she's lived at Muzzafarpur and has studied in Dehradun from Saint Joseph Academy. Now, an emerging diva, the pretty girl shot to fame and made heads turn by emerging as the finalist of the revered Miss India contest of 2015.

A girl of many flavors, hailing from an armed forces background, Pranati's father is Col. Prem Prakash, who is a Group Commander of the NCC at Muzzafarpur. When Pranati, who happens to be a fashion communication student from the prestigious NIFT, Mumbai, emerged as the Miss India Finalist, she truly elevated a hitherto less celebrated or known Bihar's image in the iconic world of fashion.

Winning the keenly followed MTV's Next Top Model Hunt (season 2) gave Pranati a decisive edge over other starlets and introduced her as the next emerging flavor in the modeling world. The reality show was judged by Dabboo Ratnani and Lisa Haydon.
Pranati Rai Prakash is now a name on everyone's mind concerning the glamour world. Winning "India's Next Top Model" season 2 means, Pranati will get a chance to model for certain brands, with a modeling contract for one whole year. That's not all folks!
