I came across a movie titled “Pepsi Peeke Lagelu Sexy”, for 2 seconds I was like its time to leave this planet but then I realised it was damn funny Lmao (sarcastic), at least better than movies like Drona or Himmatwala (I wasted Rs.300/- on each though), anyway here are some bhojpuri movie titles which demonstrates that the Bhojpuri film industry is not only big, but is also running some franchises/series’.

Right, so a love story between a cop and a girl.

This is a take on “sau sonhaar ki, ek lauhaar ki”, right?
3. Sali Badi Sataveli
Not sure what sataveli means really. Does it mean she crazy? Or she’s hot?
4. Gobar Singh
Oh dear, the main protagonists parents clearly didn’t like him much to have names him gobar (literally translates to bull shit).
5. Aeh Balma Biharwala
Oh wow! The lover from Bihar. Oh my God! I’m running out of things to gush about.
6. Devra Bada Satavela
Still wondering what satavela means? Are these a series of films? Is _____________ Bada Satavela a franchise or something?
7. Ajab Devra Ki Ghajab Bhaujai
Interesting brother-in-law who has an even more interesting sister-in-law (older brother’s wife). Hmmmmm! What is the censor board rating on this one?
8. Chhapra Express
So this is like Chennai Express but it kinda goes to Chapra instead. But the poster makes the rest look much the same.
9. Laila Maal Ba, Chhaila Dhamaal Ba
What’s the censor board rating on this one and I’m running out of things to say.
10. Rickshawala I Love You
Clearly being a rickshawala is in aspiration on sorts because there is a whole movie about it. Like the times when Mithun used to make movies. Even the hero looks a lot like Mithun woldn’t you agree?
