In India, we have an excess of stray dogs on the streets. We also have a lamentable lack of civic sense as a result of which people litter with impunity. One could well take care of the other!
Some felt that perhaps humans should go to dog school if the simple concept of not littering is so difficult for them to grasp.
Far better manners than a lot of humans, it has to be said.
