If you’re in your 30s you will suddenly hear things things which don’t particularly make sense, but they will be asked of or told to you. So get ready if you’re getting there.
1. ‘Why aren’t you married yet’?
You will be asked this. Since getting married before turning thirty is the only real goal in anyone’s life. Yes we are being sarcastic.
2.’You’re tired because, your age is basically catching up to you’
As if younger people never get tired at all. It depends on person to person but some people, just don’t get it.
3.’ You are too old to like this music’
Yeah right, only young generation has the right to like music and today’s young generation never gets old.
4.’ Can I borrow some money?’
Yes we’re older and more responsible than you but we’re not going to lend you our hard earned money.
5. ‘Do you even know what fun is?’
No, when people turn 30, they don’t have fun anymore. *sigh*
6.’I bet your life is a breeze since you have more money.’
After 30 everyone becomes successful rich, apparently. For those of us who are still struggling, this is the worst.
7.’ Don’t hang out with him/her. Why are they still single anyway?’
That probably comes from your spouse as they are insecure of your bond and the friends single status.
