Having a professor who hates you, is one of the worst things to happen to you. It’s almost like rite of passage and you can sense it coming from a mile away. While some of you, may have the option to drop the class, others are not so lucky. For those collegiettes who find themselves in this unfortunate situation, here’s how to deal with it.
1. Step back
Sometimes the reason why your professor hates you is because he hates your guts and to save yourself from that, you need to take a step back. Maybe you have had an unintentional disagreement with him, so it’s better for you to stop talking in class and listen to whatever he says without uttering a word.
2. Try to make peace
Go to your professor, tell him that you feel, he doesn’t like you and apologize. Well, it will surely melt his heart because that’s how professors are.
3. Compliment him in class
Professors love getting compliments and you will be his favourite if you do that in front of the whole class. If nothing else, you will never get low grades.
4. Submit his work on time
Don’t you ever dare to miss the deadlines of a professor who doesn’t like you. You know the reason, right? He already hates you, he might as well fail you.
5. Gift him something
I know it’s called sort of bribing but you need to make him feel special by doing this. Also, choose something from his favourite things, like food maybe.
