Check Out Some of the Women on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List of 2021

It is a wide range of young people who made it to the Forbes India List of 30 achievers under the age of 30. These are people from varied backgrounds such as business and marketing, social media content creators, artists, designers, ecommerce, entertainment, music, fashion and more. Interestingly, there are 13 women on the list of young achievers:

Shefali Vijaywargiya, 28

She is the brand manager for Amul Kool today; making a rapid transition from the Institute of Rural Management in Anand in 2016 to area sales manager to brand manager. Not only did she create space for her products in a crowded segment, she managed to overcome the harsh conditions imposed by the lockdown.

Niharika Kapoor, 28

She is the one who identifies and promotes new talent for the video platform. She is now YouTube’s first female vertical head and the youngest ever. A pass-out of LSR college Delhi, her campus placement placed her in Google for two years before she moved to YouTube as partner manager and is now the Asia Pacific lead for the platform.

Biraaj Dodiya, 27

The daughter of artists Atul and Anjy Dodia, she probably has it in her genes; and grew up with art as a way of life. After studying art at School of Art Institute of Chicago and New York University she moved more towards drawing and sculpture installation. She recently had a debut solo show at Kolkata’s Experimenter Gallery.

Nishita Baliarsingh, Nikita Baliarsingh, 23

These 23-year-old twins are the founders of Nexus Power. The sisters felt that there is need for innovation in current battery tech that powers electric vehicles, which takes four to six hours to charge. Nexus Power batteries hope to change this and also offer an eco-friendly and sustainable option since their batteries are made from crop residue rather than lithium-ion

Poulomi Pavini Shukla, 28

She is a lawyer from Lucknow who has received recognition for her work with orphans. She works for education and better conditions for children without parents. She has filed a petition in the Supreme Court and also meets with political leaders to further the cause of orphans.

Keerthi Reddy Kotta, 24

She is the founder and COO of StaTwig, which has built supply blockchain technology to manage supply chains COVID19 vaccines and for other products. An LSE London pass-out, she owns a 5% stake in StaTwig with has the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovator Award.

Keerthy Suresh, 28

She started off as a child artiste in Malayalam cinema and then went on to work in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu films. She has won plaudits for her portrayal of Savitri (actor of yesteryears) in the biopic Mahanati and has won the National Award for Best Actress.

Maalavika Manoj aka Mali, 27

She was a part of the underground band Bass-in-Bridge, before she began her solo career in 2011. She has collaborated with various artists over the years and she is known for her own unique style as in this and other songs.
