Akshara Centre is a not-for-profit women’s organisation that has been working towards gender balance in India. The #ShareTheLoad campaign made it clear that they should partner with Ariel, to launch a course called #ShareTheLoad – Be The Change.

With Randeep Hooda of Sarabjit fame and Mary Kom of International Boxing fame as ambassadors, this three hour course will be taught in universities and colleges across India, so that the future generations, male and female, consider their households as much their responsibility as their professional careers.

Akshara and Ariel both believe that the future of peace in society, family well-being, and the future of law & order depends on gender balance in our societies.

We agree wholeheartedly and we wish both Akshara and #ShareTheLoad – Be The Change the very best!
