Adnan Sami used to be around 200 kgs but, after a proper diet and workout routine, he managed to lose almost 130 kgs in the just 11-month span. Everyone was so surprised after seeing his transformation and he became an inspiration to many. Most of the Bollywood celebrities try to stay fit as that's a part of the career path they have chosen. So, here's the latest list of five such celebrities who are working on their weight loss journey and are giving us fitness goals.

Satish Kaushik

This 61-year-old actor has lost 23 kgs for his daughter Vanshika, so that he can run around with her. According to the actor, "I was referred to a doctor in Los Angeles. While losing weight I followed a protein diet in which you take 500 calories a day and don’t eat after 9 pm. You eat at noon the next day. It was tough initially, but I got used to it and I am feeling much lighter now,"

Ganesh Acharya

This famous choreographer recently stunned everyone by shedding almost 85 Kgs. In an interview, he revealed how hard it was for him and said "It was tough for me and took me over a year to lose weight. I swam twice a day, went to the gym and did not eat before 12 noon and after 8 pm. Now, I want to further reduce 19 kilos."

Tanmay Bhat

He lost 110 kgs and he gave the credit to his fitness coach Ranveer Allahbadia. According to him, "I really enjoyed powerlifting (squat, deadlift and bench press). I also ate super clean. We did the ketogenic diet, a primarily zero carb bodybuilding diet. It’s a very difficult diet to follow."

Anupam Kher

He is 62-years-old and has appeared in more than 500 films in his career. These days he his focused on his health and is trying to stay physically fit with the help of his trainers and physiotherapists.

Jaaved Jaafrey

Recently, he posted this transformed picture of his body and must say we are impressed with his eight pack abs. According to the actor, "I went on a four-month gluten-free and dairy-free diet. There was Ramadan in the middle and I did some weight training."
