Anushka Sharma Revealed Her Fitness Secrets

In a recent interview, Anushka Sharma revealed her fitness secrets and said that it's important for women to respect other women.
She said "Fitness, for me, means to simply be a stronger and healthier version of oneself. It’s very important to treat your body right, which means nutrition and training your body."
She further added "The way I keep fit depends on the kind of film that I am doing. For example, I play a sports person in Sultan, so I’m training to gain mass and muscle. On days that I do cardio, I don’t really cycle. Instead I jog and run for a minute or so, then come off for a minute and start again."
According to her there are three principles of fitness - to be consistent, eat right and know the program that you are doing really well in.
It’s important for everyone — women, men and children to be fit. It’s very important to treat your body right.
