Beauty with Brawn: Meet Yashmeen, The Iron Woman of India

Yashmeen Chauhan Manak is just 37 years old and is the winner of two Gold medals -Women’s Physique and Women’s Fitness-in IBBFF Miss India (2016) competition.

She is fond of body building, since she was 17-years-old and now she is the owner of the Sculpt gym in Gurgaon and also a fitness trainer.

“When I was in school, I was very fat and everybody used to make fun of me, that used to hurt me a lot. However, I was overweight because of a disease.” - she said.

She also added- “So I decided that some day I will definitely be in shape and show them all”

And look, here she is. Everyone is now calling her the 'Iron Woman' of India.

She has definately come out as an inspiration for many women.
