Did You Know These Things About 'Pokemon Go' Founder John Hanke?

Recently, Pokemon Go was launched into the market and within 2 days, it has become one of the most viral games. According to a report, it has taken over 'Tinder' in terms of user registrations.
And the person behind this amazing app is John Hanke, who is currently running 'Niantic Labs' and has become one of the most famous persons overnight.
He was the CEO at Keyhole, Inc. that was acquired by Google in 2004, at which point Keyhole's flagship product was renamed to Google Earth.
After the acquisition of the Keyhole, he served many years as the Vice President of Product Management for Google's "Geo" division i.e (Google Earth, Google Maps, Local, StreetView, SketchUp, and Panoramio).
Then in 2010, he co-founded a small internal startup at Google known as 'Niantic Labs', which is best known for developing the augmented reality mobile games, Ingress in 2012 and Pokémon Go together with The Pokemon Company in 2016.
He came up with this amazing idea of creating such an application in 2014, when his company collaborated with Google for an extremely viral game on April Fool’s Day, in which the players were challenged to find Pokemon via the Google Maps.
