He has finally penned down a book called, 'The Kiss Of Life--How A Superhero & My Son Defeated Cancer', which describes his 6-year son Ayaan's victorious fight against cancer.
The book is co-authored by Bilal Siddiqi, and it highlights the physical pain of the child, who was diagnosed with cancer and the emotional trauma of his parents, from the diagnosis through the treatment.
The book also reflects how Emraan developed a strong sense of empathy and how he coped with the situation. He said, 'This book is not only about Ayaan's fight, it's also about my fight in my 13-year journey in the film industry'.
Apparently, the idea came to him from the best-selling author Hussain Zaidi. With this book, the actor hopes to provide courage and guidance to other kids diagnosed with similar disease and their parents.
