Reason behind her death is still not confirmed but some reports say that she committed suicide as she was going through a tough time in her personal life.
She was suffering from depression due to differences with her boyfriend Rahul. Apparently he was living off her money. Rahul has given his first official statement to police.
He said, "We had two keys of which one key was with Pratyusha & another with me. When I entered the bedroom I found Pratyusha hanging to the ceiling. Immediately, I called the neighbours & with their help, I took her to Kokilaben hospital. We assumed she was alive… but she was not."
Her friend Ajaz Khan said, “I met her a day before Holi & she looked really scared. She was a changed person. Even while talking to me, she kept looking at Rahul Raj Singh. That man changed her."
He also said “This cannot be suicide. She is not someone who can commit suicide. I knew her well. I have stayed with her 24/7 in Bigg Boss house & she was not the same old Pratyusha who I knew. Where is Rahul? The entire world is here except him.”
Her close friend Sara Khan also believes that it is not a suicide. She was a strong girl and she faced tough times in her life. According to her, she is no more because of Rahul.
