There would be hardly anyone who will not know about the great Indian actor Asrani, who is popularly known for his role of 'Jailor' from the movie, 'Sholay'.
He has acted in over 350 Hindi films in his career, and has always wowed us with his comic characters as well as supporting roles. But, where is he now?
In 2000's, we saw him in the movies like 'Hera Pheri', 'Chup Chup Ke', 'Hulchul', 'Deewane Huye Paagal', 'Garam Masala' and 'Malamaal Weekly'.
But after 2009, this 75 year old actor shared screen space in just a few of the movies like 'Bol Bachchan', 'R.Rajkumar' and 'Bodyguard'. While, in 2010 he appeared as one of the judges in the 18th annual 'Naya Andaz' competition in New Jersey.
As he is getting older now, he may prefer to appear in just two or three movies in the whole year.
Recently, he appeared in the web series 'Permanent Roommates Season-2' as Mikesh's grandfather and his performance was totally admirable.
