The 44-year-old wrestler was participating in the first event of ‘The Great Khali Show’ at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium when the unfortunate incident happened.
As per reports, Khali was attacked by international wrestlers Mike Knox and Brody Steel as part of the plan but got genuinely hurt after being knocked on the head with a steel chair.
His younger brother said, 'He is fine now. Yes he was hit in the head & chest during the event in Haldwani but luckily the situation is not bad. My brother was with him at the time & I am headed to Dehradun as well'. We wish him speedy recovery!
