Ameesha Patel, made her grand debut in Bollywood through her movie 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai' with Hrithik Roshan in the year 2000.

After which, she appeared in the movie 'Gadar' and surely didn't disappoint the audiences. For 'Gadar' she was also nominated for the Filmfare Award For Best Actress in 2002.

But, after few years she started to loose her grip in Bollywood as new actresses in the industry were performing well.

Then, she decided to appear in an item song sporting a bold look for the song 'Lazy Lamhe' in the movie 'Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic' and unfortunately, this film also went flop.

After a long gap in 2011, she started her own production company Ameesha Patel Productions and appeared in a cameo role in 'Race 2'.

Currently, she is shooting for her upcoming film 'Desi Magic', in which she will be playing a double role. We just hope she makes her comeback with this film.
